A Grants Pass man was arrested Wednesday on accusations of first-degree manslaughter and drunk driving in connection with a wrong-way crash last month on Interstate 5 in Southern Oregon that killed an Ashland woman.

Richard Webster Scott, 42, is being held at the Jackson County Jail. He is also accused of recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving in the crash that killed an emergency dispatcher, Karen Lee Greenstein, 58.
