Three New York City men who used fraudulent credit cards at several village businesses were arrested on state Route 23 by troopers investigating a complaint of erratic driving, state police said on Monday.

Christian Jones, 19, Desmond Nixon, 22, and Jordan Wright, 24, all of the Bronx, were arrested after police stopped their vehicle on Friday. Wright fled the scene but was apprehended after a brief foot chase, police said.
